BURLINGTON JUNCTION, Mo. - West Nodaway Superintendent Shannon Nolte is heading down south.
That's because Saint Joseph school officials have hired him as the new St. Joseph Director of Secondary Education for the 2020-21 school year. Nolte's first day on the job will be July 1.
This all comes after the West Nodaway Board of Education voted not to extend his contract last month. Nolte had been with the West Nodaway School District since 2013.
